All ties are to be played over 2 legs, the final is in Paris Famous Park de France  stadium, 4 teams will be put in a hat      England, Italy, Brazil and Argentina, the draw will be made soon.

The winner of the competition will get a surprise, the loser will have to wear andys stale underpants on their head for 10 Minutes, all games will be played on Broadband at 9pm at night, (night to be decided), all dropped connections will be viewed with high suspicion, especially if the team is losing, an external agudicator will be in power (John Burgan), to judge if this is the case and the offender will be duly kicked out of the competition
